2 Phases of Progression

PHASE 1 - FOUNDATION

  • Duration: 6 weeks

  • Frequency: 2 sessions per week (depends on colour/universe)

  • Focus: learning technique, building discipline, mastering movement patterns.

  • You can book one colour, combine two, or complete all four universes.

  • Requirement: complete at least 2 colours to access PHASE 2.

PHASE 2 - ADVANCED

  • Duration: 10 weeks

  • Frequency: 3 sessions per week

  • Focus: higher intensity, advanced progression, physical and mental challenges.

  • At the end of Phase 2, you will be given 3 Skill Tests related to your chosen universes (Strength, Cardio, Mobility or hybrid).

  • Includes performance report + certificate of completion + exclusive MCT INFINITY gift
